De-support Notices

This section lists current de-support notices. It includes:

  • Notices with expected de-support dates – review these at every release.
  • Migration guidance – helps you understand what to do if you're affected by a de-support notice.

When a feature or module is scheduled for removal from the ebs product, it’s typically placed under essential maintenance only before being marked as de-supported. When a feature or module is placed into essential maintenance only Tribal will not extend its functionality. Only critical bugs will be fixed in the client.

Exceptions may apply. For example:

  • Security risks may require faster removal.
  • If replacement functionality involves business process changes, additional time may be allowed.
  • Some functionality may remain under essential maintenance if no suitable alternative is available and Tribal does not plan to enhance it.

The de-support and removal dates listed are indicative and may change at Tribal’s discretion. For this reason, it’s important to check this page with every release.
